Artwork Preperation

When submitting art work:

  1. Not less than 300 dpi. Include text as bit mapped images: create outlines in Adobe Illustrator, rasterize type in Photoshop

We accept file types of:

  1. Pdf (.pdf) Portable Document Format (preferred)
  2. Tiff (.tiff) Tagged-Image File Format
  3. Psd (.psd) Photoshop
  4. Eps (.eps) Encapsulated PostScript
  5. Gif (.gif) Graphics Interchange Format
  6. Jpeg (.jpeg) Joint Photographic Experts Group
  1. CMYK color mode – NO spot colors
  2. Black text should be 100% black and not 4 color
  3. Full page ads should include ¼” bleed and ¼” space from trim

 

Size Specifications

Ads are priced according to the number of columns across by the ad’s length measured in inches down to the nearest ¼ inch.  A full page is 5 columns (10”) across by 15.75” down

  1. 1 column = 1.86”
  2. 2 column = 3.9”
  3. 3 column = 5.93”
  4. 4 column = 7.95”
  5. 5 column = 10”

 

Professional Directory ads are 1 column across x 1”down (1.86”x1”) Additional length is an extra charge.
Services Directory ads are 3.125” across x 1.875”down which is an approximate business card size.
